For Early Fives and Kindergarten Registration

Parents of children who will be 5 on or before December 1 of this year are encouraged to register their child during Kindergarten Round Up. When registering please bring the following information to your child's home school:

Original/Certified or Copy of Birth Certificate

Immunization Record

Two Proofs of Residency

Emergency Phone Numbers

Parent's work phone numbers
